“Since I was young I’ve always been intrigued by the power of the built environment. It shapes how work, rest, travel, and interact with each other. It can hinder or support our daily lives and it’s truly fascinating how much we rely on it. I find it very important that we can create places that reflect and respond to our needs through the use of intentional passive and active strategies, lighting, materiality, circulation, and structure.”

Jelani assists and collaborates on various tasks from modeling to website development.
